- Persistent tiredness or difficulty concentrating due to anxiety.
- Avoiding situations or places that trigger anxiety.
- Heightened irritability or mood swings.

Common Treatments
Common treatments for anxiety disorders include:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): A type of psychotherapy that helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors related to anxiety.
- Medication: Antidepressants (like SSRIs or SNRIs) and anti-anxiety medications can help manage symptoms.
- Exposure Therapy: Gradual, controlled exposure to anxiety-provoking situations to reduce sensitivity and avoidance behaviors.
- Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques: Practices such as deep breathing, meditation, and progressive muscle relaxation to manage stress and anxiety.
- Support Groups: Peer support and sharing experiences with others who have similar challenges.
- Lifestyle Changes: Incorporating regular exercise, a healthy diet, and adequate sleep to improve overall well-being and reduce anxiety.
How it Affects Your Life
An anxiety disorder can affect your life in several ways, including:
Daily Functioning: Persistent worry and fear can interfere with daily activities, making it difficult to focus, complete tasks, or perform well at work or school.
Social Relationships: Anxiety can lead to avoidance of social situations and difficulty interacting with others, impacting personal and professional relationships.
Physical Health: Chronic anxiety often causes physical symptoms such as headaches, stomachaches, or muscle tension, which can affect overall health.
Emotional Well-being: Constant feelings of worry and fear can lead to increased stress, irritability, and emotional exhaustion.
