Atara Health operates as a private-pay practice. Below is our current pricing. All timeframes are approximate; your provider will inform you in advance if a visit is expected to run longer or shorter than the standard time.

Atara Health Solutions > Who We Are > Fees & Payment

First Visit / Initial Consultation (60 to 90 minutes): $299

Basic Follow-Up (15 to 25 minutes): $110

Complex Follow-Up (26 to 45 minutes): $149

Medication Management with Psychotherapy (50 to 60 minutes): $199

ADHD Assessmentt: $499 (for patients 17 and younger)

We ask that all patients keep a credit card on file for convenience.

A few additional policies to note: missed or canceled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $70 fee for a 30-minute appointment or $100 for a 60-minute appointment. Forms or letters completed outside of a scheduled visit are billed at $50. Accounts inactive for more than 180 days may incur a $199 reopening fee upon the patient’s return.

Should you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, FSA, or HSA, please request a superbill following your visit.

  Hi, as a South Asian, it is a very big deal for me to post publicly about something related to my mental health, but that is exactly why I want to. We all have very real struggles and support and care which is exactly what I have received from Norm. He helped me uncover a diagnosis that provided me so much insight and healing into something I have struggled with my whole life. Norm is incredibly intelligent, compassionate, kind, and caring.   I've been seeing Norm for a little over a year and he's been great - he's helpful, supportive, and (most importantly) he's really comfortable to talk to. I've had providers in the past that I dreaded appointments with, but I actually look forward to talking to Norm. He's knowledgeable about different medications and types of treatment, but he isn't pushy about any of them which is like a breath of fresh air after having dealt with that in the past.   A very genuine and good dude who just wants the best for his patients. He will listen to everything you have to say and make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Nothing is a bad question and he is always there. He is very knowledgeable and will do his best to make sure you understand what his course of action is and the plan form there on out.
